Execution is not the Final Step! How About the Analysis?

The rules and algorithms in the digital world are changing constantly and it’s nearly impossible to keep up with all the updates. Some days your post statistics dip and some other days, you see all your post stats reach to the top.

In this case, the most ideal scenario is to analyze your social media activity results according to the related KPIs that you defined for your social media strategy. This way, you know if your efforts are paying off.

When it’s time to evaluate your social media strategy, there are a few important metrics that you can track. You can pick out the metrics that you can track according to your goals and what you’re trying to achieve.

Here are some metrics that would help you track your social strategy performance;

-Clicks, like and shares to check how engaged your followers are -Impressions, follower numbers, and demographics to see if you’re targeting the right audience. -Conversion rate, and number of leads generated to see the potential sales numbers -Number of mentions to understand social listening metrics -Response rates and product reviews to assess the quality of customer service.
