The more frictionless and seamless your customer journey is, the higher your traffic and conversion rates will become. If doing business with your brand is much easier than with a competitor, your prospects are more likely to purchase from you.
4. Outspend if needed: If you want to see more significant results or compete at a higher level, you will need to invest much more into your digital marketing budget in terms of paid ads or hiring high-quality copywriting professionals or graphic designers to create top-notch content. The rewards will be well worth it.
